Every programme starts with a conversation.

We don't have a brochure that tells you which programme to book. We have a conversation — about your organisation, your people, your strategic questions, and what you want to come back having understood.

Frequently asked questions

1What does a Wiz360 programme include?

Programmes typically include company visits, facilitated briefings and daily debriefs, pre-trip materials, ground transport and accommodation, meals as per itinerary, and real-time programme management. The exact scope depends on destination, duration and group size — tell us about your team and we'll prepare a tailored proposal.

2Does the programme include flights?

No — international airfare between Singapore and China is excluded. We can recommend preferred airlines and advise on booking windows, but flights are arranged independently by participants or their travel manager.

3How far in advance do I need to book?

For standard programmes we recommend booking at least 8–12 weeks ahead to allow time for company-visit confirmation, visa processing, and briefing preparation. For custom programmes, 3–4 months is ideal. We can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times — contact us to discuss.

4Do participants need a China visa?

Most Singapore passport holders can enter China visa-free for up to 15 days (as of 2025). Visa policies change, so we recommend verifying current requirements at the time of booking. We provide guidance and documentation support throughout.

5What languages are programmes delivered in?

All Wiz360 facilitation is conducted in English. Company visits are in English where possible; where Mandarin is required, we provide English interpretation throughout. Participants do not need to speak Mandarin.

6Can we combine multiple cities?

Yes — multi-city programmes are popular, particularly Shenzhen + Guangzhou, Shanghai + Suzhou, or a three-city Beijing + Shanghai + Shenzhen itinerary. We'll advise on what is realistic given your group's time and learning objectives.

7What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary with how close to departure you cancel and are set out clearly in the programme agreement before anything is confirmed. We'll always walk you through them up front — just ask.
