How it works
Who you are, your industry, your group size, and what you most want to understand.
A tailored proposal: destination recommendations, company visit suggestions, and an itinerary outline.
We adjust the programme with your team until it is exactly right for your objectives.
On confirmation we handle everything — logistics, briefing materials, and on-ground management.
Good to know
Programmes typically include company visits, facilitated briefings and daily debriefs, pre-trip materials, ground transport and accommodation, meals as per itinerary, and real-time programme management. The exact scope depends on destination, duration and group size — tell us about your team and we'll prepare a tailored proposal.
No — international airfare between Singapore and China is excluded. We can recommend preferred airlines and advise on booking windows, but flights are arranged independently by participants or their travel manager.
For standard programmes we recommend booking at least 8–12 weeks ahead to allow time for company-visit confirmation, visa processing, and briefing preparation. For custom programmes, 3–4 months is ideal. We can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times — contact us to discuss.
Most Singapore passport holders can enter China visa-free for up to 15 days (as of 2025). Visa policies change, so we recommend verifying current requirements at the time of booking. We provide guidance and documentation support throughout.
All Wiz360 facilitation is conducted in English. Company visits are in English where possible; where Mandarin is required, we provide English interpretation throughout. Participants do not need to speak Mandarin.
Yes — multi-city programmes are popular, particularly Shenzhen + Guangzhou, Shanghai + Suzhou, or a three-city Beijing + Shanghai + Shenzhen itinerary. We'll advise on what is realistic given your group's time and learning objectives.
Cancellation terms vary with how close to departure you cancel and are set out clearly in the programme agreement before anything is confirmed. We'll always walk you through them up front — just ask.
Tell us who you are and what you want to understand. We'll design a programme around your objectives.
